I  think that building responsible relationships means that in order to keep a relationship you have to be responsible enough to be able to go places without cheating on that person. Also i think that it means that if you really like some other person and you’re going out with someone else that you really don’t like you just go out with her because you think ti was the right decision at the time. In order to build a responsible relationship you have to be a responsible person, you have to be caring and kindhearted, you have to just be yourself and have a good time when your around that special person that’s what i think building a responsible relationship is.

Conflict Management refers to the management of conflict. There are many ways people handle these kinds of things like standing up for what they think is right. I think conflict management in a relationship is all over who is going to be the one in control. It can be one person for a minute and by  the next some one else is in control. I think that people dealing with conflict management should try to share the things that they fight over  and give each other equal amounts of things that they could use. I think that conflict management mostly happens with couples who are in a serious relationship.

Safety

Safety is the state of being safe. You should always be safe around people you don’t know or places that you don’t know because something could happen to you even thought you think you will be fine, but you might not because someone might easily take you away from your family if you are not aware of your surroundings. You must always have a physical understanding of what is safe and what is not. You always have to be cautious of your surroundings.


Stress management is a feeling of emotional and physical tension. Anxiety is stress that keeps going after the stress is gone. Emotional stress occurs when situations that are difficult or something that you can’t take. Physical stress is a physical reaction of the body.

Medicine and illegal drugs can cause damage they may make you feel good at the time, but in the end if you had over used that specific drug that drug can have serious consequences. Those consequences can lead to death or really bad injury. They can mess with your head if you use them to much. I think that you have to take a drug prescription and you need to use that drug because you have pain or you are sick , you probably don’t want to over use it because it may harm you and maybe even hurt yourself because you overdosed.

Those are only some of the medicine and illegal drugs that people use and can harm yourself.


Alcohol

Alohol is a flammable liquid made by sugars and starches that you are able to drink. I think that alcohol can be very bad for you because you can be dependant and become a obbsesive drinker and cause really bad decisions. I think that alcohol can damage your brain and cause you to become slower mentally. Alcohol can come in many different sizes and look different colors like the picture below.

Those are only a little bit of all the alcohol in the world…..


Tobacco

Tobacco is a product made of leaves from the plant nicotina. Tobacco can be used be smoking or chewing. Chewing tobacco can leave your teeth stained and messed turning your teeth color yellow-brown. Chewing tobacco can also cause your teeth fall out and and mess up your gums. Chewing tobacco can cause an increase in develpoing cancer and oral cavities. Smoking tobacco can cause lung disease and cause lung cancer. Smoking this stuff can not only kill you but it can develop into cancer which can hurt you in a way that yu dont like it so you just want to die.

Playing sports and conditioning are very helpful by they keep you physicaly and mentally in shape. Playing sports is fun and easy to do but it deals with different kinds of things you have to do. Most sports deal with running and conditioning, others are just throwing something and dont deal so much with running. In fact i play soccer which deals with a lot of running and passing and moving, for conditioning in soccer i do certain excersises like runing, throwg a weighted ball and catching it, running with a small parachute attached to my waist, and i do crunches and squats, push ups and a lot more. The more you excercise and the more conditioning you do will not only make you lose weight but it will keep you in shape and ready to go. There is stress involved in this not mental stress but adaptive body stress.

Making Healthy Decisions is when you do the right thing when you are under pressure by you’re friends or maybe someone you don’t know. There are many ways that you can stay a way from the things that can hurt you such as drugs, and alcohol. This is one of the things that you can do you can tell the person who is telling you to try this to leave me a lone and stop trying to make me do things that i do not want to do and walk away from the situation. Your decisions predict how your lifestyle will be.
